How do you drive awareness of DoubleTree by Hilton’s warm and caring hospitality, symbolised by every guest receiving a warm, chocolate chip cookie when they check into the hotel?

THE IDEA

We heroed the iconic DoubleTree cookie by undertaking a Happiness Index to discover all the little things that make people smile – from finding money you didn’t know you had in your pocket to getting into bed with fresh sheets. The consumer research was integrated with DoubleTree by Hilton cookie sampling to surprise and delight commuters, as well as cookie drops to offices who had requested a cookie ‘pick-me-up’ via DoubleTree’s social channels.
