UK start-up and challenger brand, ticketclever, approached Atomic to provide strategic guidance and positioning in preparation for the launch of it’s game-changing rail ticket booking website to consumer audiences. The goal was to ultimately drive traffic to their website and increase ticket sales.

We supported the brand with message development and positioning, focusing on the brand’s disruptive DNA and unique ability to solve the problem of finding cheaper rail fares easily via its clever algorithm. Armed with this narrative we launched ticketclever in January 2017 and achieved extensive coverage across national, broadcast (BBC News and BBC Radio), widespread regional and online media.

The successful launch project drove hundreds of thousands of visitors to the website, prompting impressive ticket sales in the first week and average savings of 58% for consumers.
