The Idea

The International Bristol Balloon Fiesta is famous for animating the western sky every year with a sea of colourful and enchanting hot air balloons, and 2015 was no exception.

Teaming up with experiential agency Miss Jones &Co, Atomic helped make the 2015 festival bigger and better than ever before as it showcased not one, but two Mighty Morphin Power Ranger balloons shaped as the iconic red and pink Power Ranger helmets.

The event is a hotspot for families and provided the perfect audience to showcase the Power Rangers to their full potential and drive awareness for this children’s power brand in the lead up to their film launch planned for 2017.

Inviting influential journalists and parenting bloggers ahead of the event as well as supporting the Balloon Fiesta’s press office, Atomic were also on-hand throughout the weekend to create as many additional PR opportunities as possible whilst helping manage the half a million strong crowd.
